Order Online - When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Perfect Petzzz orders are shipped within the United States only.

Order Confirmation - After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt, so don't delete it! Please review your order ASAP to be sure it was completed/charged properly.
Sales Tax - We will collect sales tax on all orders where required by law.
Orders are shipped within 4 business days of receipt. All orders are shipped via regular FedEx, UPS Regular Ground, or Priority USPS mail, unless expedited shipping is available and requested. Please see shipping options and pricing during checkout. Please allow five to seven business days for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. No Free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
At Perfect Petzzz, we are dedicated to your satisfaction! All Perfect Petzzz are inspected for manufacturer defects and quality prior to shipment. In the chance that an item received is defective, please contact us at: [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you.
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All items/merchandise returned require a return authorization number. Please e-mail [email protected] and provide your full name, phone number, and order number. Once an RMA is issued the item must be returned to the following address:

Please note that any returns shall be returned to our warehouse at your expense. Shipping charges will only be refunded if it’s due to a manufacturer defect. We do encourage that you ship with a service that provides a tracking number or delivery notification. Perfect Petzzz is not responsible if a return is not received/lost in transit. All returns that are received after the 15-day window will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Refunds and exchanges will be processed in the order that they are received. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your request to be processed. Items returned must be in its new sealed original packaging with all accessories to qualify for a refund/exchange. Any refused or undeliverable orders are assessed a 30% restocking, and the customer is required to pay an additional shipping fee to be re-delivered.
